ChmurkiCRM is a customer relationship manager for brands that sell through distributors, sales agencies, and partners. A brand and its agencies work the same deals in one shared pipeline — no exports, no re-keyed spreadsheets.
You may optionally connect your Gmail or Office 365 mailbox. ChmurkiCRM then reads only message headers — sender, recipients, subject, date — to match correspondence to people already in your workspace, so an email appears on the right contact's timeline and you can send from a contact record without leaving the CRM.
Message bodies are never requested or stored. Mail from people who aren't yet in your workspace is held briefly (sender address, subject, message count, and dates only) so you can decide whether to add them, then auto-deleted after 30 days if you don't. We do not sell this data, transfer it, use it for advertising, or train models on it, and you can disconnect at any time.
